1. Cancellation Before Confirmation
Customers may request cancellation before the inspection slot is confirmed by SpotMV. Cancellations made prior to slot confirmation are eligible for a full refund.
2. Refund Processing
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Once the inspection service has been completed, payments are non-refundable. No refund claims will be entertained after the inspection has been carried out.
4. Booking Rejection
In the event that SpotMV cancels or rejects a booking due to scheduling conflicts, unavailability, or payment verification issues, a full refund will be issued to the customer within 7 business days.
